How far ahead should I ask?
72 hours is ideal. Requests inside 72 hours fall under the short-notice rate; ask about availability for your dates.
Are the officers active police?
EP Vanguard provides off-duty, Georgia POST-certified police officers. Tell us about the assignment so we can discuss the right coverage.
Which areas do you serve?
Metro Atlanta. Share the location when you reach out, and we can discuss whether the detail is a fit.
What are the minimum and cancellation terms?
There is a four-hour minimum per officer. Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge; inside 48 hours, the four-hour minimum is billed.
How does billing work?
A nonrefundable deposit may be required. Your quote will say how much and when it is due; the balance is invoiced after the work.
